Return Policy:

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our art pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied, I accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the art piece must be in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. I will provide you with instructions on how to return the art piece to us. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Once I receive the returned art piece and verify its condition, I will issue a refund for the purchase price of the art piece, minus any shipping costs. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

Please note that I cannot accept returns for any custom or personalized art pieces, as they are made to order and cannot be resold.

If you receive a damaged art piece, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide photos of the damage. I will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
